The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who were at the reception. I have had unpleasant experiences in Spain and Italy where hotel staff have not behaved properly. But the staff and management of this hotel are really great. I am very very satisfied. I thank all of them. Dear ladies and gentlemen, please accept my sincere thanks. The hotel was very clean. Very clean. I have been to Spain many times. I have never stayed in a hotel this clean in Spain. The breakfast was excellent, varied, delicious and very clean. Dinner as well. Even when the hotel was busy, the table, chairs, plates, cutlery and food were very clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to several good supermarkets. Also, it is only a two/three minute walk to the beach. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it has very good doors and windows that are completely soundproof. The rooms have good, clean, modern and large bathrooms. Clean, high-quality bedding and towels and a tea kettle, which is very important and helpful. The service staff were also very good and tidy. And they did the cleaning work properly and cleanly. Wi-Fi was good most of the time, but a few times when the hotel was full of travelers, the Wi-Fi became weak. I have a small suggestion: if you move the basement disco or lower the volume of its amplifiers it would be much better for adult travelers like me who don't like loud voies and discos. The manager of this hotel should become the Minister of Tourism of Spain. Managing two four-star hotels together is a difficult task. A very efficient manager and very professional employees are needed, which is you

We liked the hotel very much because of almost everything: people, who work there, incredible breakfast, location, facilities. The employees at the reception and a restaurant are very kind, highly supporting and spread positive energy all time. The room was very comfortable and quiet in spite the hotel is located in the middle of the noisy street. It was very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Honestly, it was the best bed at the hotel which I have ever experienced. The bathroom is simply outstanding. The rooftop area with the swimming pool lets you relax after sightseeing day. If you want to swim in the sea, it takes just 5 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend using buses to go to Barcelona and purchase a ticket the day before. It took us 3 minutes to get to the Bus station. In this case you will skip the traffic jams and the headache with the parking. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We were in a superior double room, but there was nothing superior about it it was the same as a double room i had stayed in on a previous trip in fact smaller than a double i had stayed in in the sister hotel the Delmar, The room was very clean, and kept fresh throughout our trip the cleaning staff are friendly and work very hard, reception staff were helpful and friendly and always had a smile, the location of the hotel is great not far from the beach pubs shops and restaurants there is a rooftop bar and pool etc in the hotel called the Avana that if you have a superior or above room you are given access to via a card but everyone seemed to be up there so go early if you want a sunbed, breakfast, there was a lot of options from cooked to cereals and fresh fruits etc the coffee machine had a lot of choice and had the choices in different languages for those who only speak English

This was a fabulous hotel, We stayed in a superior room overlooking the pool, Room was very clean and comfortable, Towels where changed every day, staff where very helpful. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and made our check in and check out very simple. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lloret De Mar as the location of it was excellent
