Comfortable beds shower was brilliant black out curtains and really quiet rooms. Avana rooftop was amazing as was breakfast. Very secure system with card to activate lift etc. ultra modern hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly. Late check out was fantastic and very reasonable. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen who were at the reception. I have had unpleasant experiences in Spain and Italy where hotel staff have not behaved properly. But the staff and management of this hotel are really great. I am very very satisfied. I thank all of them. Dear ladies and gentlemen, please accept my sincere thanks. The hotel was very clean. Very clean. I have been to Spain many times. I have never stayed in a hotel this clean in Spain. The breakfast was excellent, varied, delicious and very clean. Dinner as well. Even when the hotel was busy, the table, chairs, plates, cutlery and food were very clean and fresh. The hotel is very close to several good supermarkets. Also, it is only a two/three minute walk to the beach. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it has very good doors and windows that are completely soundproof. The rooms have good, clean, modern and large bathrooms. Clean, high-quality bedding and towels and a tea kettle, which is very important and helpful. The service staff were also very good and tidy. And they did the cleaning work properly and cleanly. Wi-Fi was good most of the time, but a few times when the hotel was full of travelers, the Wi-Fi became weak. I have a small suggestion: if you move the basement disco or lower the volume of its amplifiers it would be much better for adult travelers like me who don't like loud voies and discos. The manager of this hotel should become the Minister of Tourism of Spain. Managing two four-star hotels together is a difficult task. Breakfast was amazing, literally any food one might want. The gym was great too. Rooms are nice and big enough, at least that was the case for us because we were on the 6th floor.

We liked the hotel very much because of almost everything: people, who work there, incredible breakfast, location, facilities. The employees at the reception and a restaurant are very kind, highly supporting and spread positive energy all time. The room was very comfortable and quiet in spite the hotel is located in the middle of the noisy street. It was very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Honestly, it was the best bed at the hotel which I have ever experienced. The bathroom is simply outstanding. The rooftop area with the swimming pool lets you relax after sightseeing day. If you want to swim in the sea, it takes just 5 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend using buses to go to Barcelona and purchase a ticket the day before.  It took us 3 minutes to get to the Bus station.  In this case you will skip the traffic jams and the headache with the parking. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Very helpful personnel on reception (esp. Ana with the support by arrival), very good breakfasts with a good choice and variaty incl. Cava, relaxing atmosphere, and overall very good impressions after the stay
